Keynote

May 4, 2023 @ 9:30 am - 10:30 am

Renata Petrevska Nechkoska, Associate Professor and Institutional Erasmus Coordinator at University St. Kliment Ohridski Bitola, North Macedonia

Antonia Caro-Gonzalez, Senior researcher and Director of Internationalisation at Valencien International University

Facilitation in Complexity: From Creation to Co-Creation, from Dreaming to Co-Dreaming, from Evolution to Co-Evolution

Renata Petrevska Nechkoska holds a double PhD degree in Business Economics from Ghent University Belgium and Management at University St. Kliment Ohridski Bitola, North Macedonia (UKLO). She currently works as Associate Professor at UKLO and postdoc at UGENT. Since 2015, she is also engaged as European Commission evaluator for projects in Horizon 2020. Being a former banker on mostly middle management positions, and then researcher, she is a generalist with several specialties – building bridges among multiple disciplines (tactical management, information systems, complexity…), but also countries and domains. Setting pathways in unchartered territories and trailblazing are the things she dives in with challenge, pleasure and passion for.

Toñi Caro is a senior institutional capacity builder for the implementation of societal impact and stakeholder engagement strategies. She is currently Director of the International Research Project Office at Valencian International University, senior researcher at the Digital Society Technology Unit at the I2Cat Foundation and Founder of the Eoh-for-Good, a think tank and strategy consultancy to promote leading transformation for the common good.

Toni and Renata will deliver a rather non-conventional keynote. They will share some of the main ingredients for co-evolution, such as the ‘three MoskEUteers’ denoting social-digital-green transition as well as approaches, pilots, blueprints of global, multidisciplinary, voluntary engagements around problems, global challenges, missions, visions they have co-designed and co-dreamed into fulfillment.
