#EUSEA 26 Conference Fees

Please note that in order to keep fees low for everyone, all speakers need to register for the conference! Also, this year, we are offering an early-bird fee – don’t miss the deadline!

Early-Bird Registration Fees
valid from February until March 31, 2026

EUSEA members € 350

Future EUSEA members € 350 – For those intending to join EUSEA in the near future and who are happy to be contacted for follow-up.

Non-members € 500

Students reduced fee €165

This special fee is limited to 20 places. Students who would like to be considered for this reduced fee are kindly required to send a 1-page application letter, describing their motivation to attend this conference to info@eusea.info. Applicants will be contacted shortly after their submission to let them know if they are eligible to register.

Please note that payment for Early Bird Registration must be made before the deadline. Otherwise, regular registration costs will be applied.

Additional program modules and social activities can be added when you register at an extra cost. Details of these can be found here!

This special fee is limited to 20 places. Students who would like to be considered for this reduced fee are kindly required to send a 1-page application letter, describing their motivation to attend this conference to info@eusea.info. Applicants will be contacted shortly after their submission to let them know if they are eligible to register.

Registration fees include the EUSEA Conference Dinner on May 20th, plus all conference materials, lunches and coffee breaks.

Since registration is processed using the EasyChair Registration System, the registration fees also include EasyChair administrative and processing fees.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, a refund less an administrative fee of 50 € will be issued, provided that the cancellation request is received in writing 15 days in advance of the conference (until 30 April). Cancellations received after this time will be liable for the full delegate fee. Substitute delegates may be made at any time at no extra charge. If for any reason the event is cancelled by the organisers, delegates will receive a full refund.
